Eurocopter Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd (ESAL) was formed in 1994 and has its headquarters at Lanseria International Airport (Gauteng). It is a wholly owned subsidiary of its parent company, Eurocopter S.A.S.

Established in 1992, the Franco-German-Spanish Eurocopter Group is a Division of EADS, a world leader in aerospace, defence and related services. The Eurocopter Group employs approx. 15,600 people. ExecuJet 

ExecuJet's aircraft maintenance facilities are committed to providing the highest level of service excellence.  Our quality workmanship is governed by stringent internal quality and regulatory audited control.  ExecuJet Africa currently operates an impressive 9000sqm maintenance and FBO facility at Lanseria International Airport and 6000sqm maintenance and FBO facility at Cape Town International Airport and more recently a new facility in Lagos, Nigeria.  ExecuJet is the only approved Bombardier Aerospace and Honeywell Engine & Avionics Service Centre in Africa.  In addition, ExecuJet is also and Approved Service Centre for Hawker Beechcraft and Dassault as well as an Authorised Gulfstream Warranty Repair Facility.  The company holds various regional approvals and carries the International EASA certification.

As a Honeywell Authorised Sales and Service Centre for avionics, ExecuJet is capable of providing support for systems such as the Primus© 1000 and Primus© 2000XP on new generation Bombardier Aerospace business jets.  ExecuJet is also able to perform installations on glass cockpits, autopilots, RVSM, TCAS and various other avionics installations for aircraft ranging from the smaller C172 to regional airliners due to ExecuJet's dealership approval for Garmin, Rockwell Collins, Avidyne and Universal Avionics, to name a few.  Other services offered by the Avionics and Instrument division include component overhaul and repairs.  ExecuJet also offers full electrical workshop facilities, and sheet metal work.

ExecuJet currently offers maintenance services in Beijing, Berlin (LBAS), Cape Town, Dubai, Johannesburg, Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne, Sydney, Tianjin and Wellington.
